We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Associate Attorney with extensive experience in litigating complex insurance claims. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance law and a proven track record of successfully managing litigation from inception to resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in litigation involving complex insurance claims, including coverage disputes and bad faith claims.
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare comprehensive legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Analyze case law and statutory provisions to develop effective litigation strategies.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts to facilitate case resolution.
• Mentor and support junior attorneys and legal staff in their professional development.
• Participate in settlement negotiations and trial preparation, including witness preparation and exhibit organization.
• Stay current with developments in insurance law and related regulations.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the State Bar in good standing.
• 5+ years of experience in litigating complex insurance claims.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
