We are seeking a skilled and motivated Real Estate Attorney to join our growing team in Brookhaven, GA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate law, including transactions, litigation, and compliance. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and representation to clients in real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, leases, and financing.
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to real estate transactions.
• Conduct due diligence and title examinations, and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Represent clients in real estate disputes, including litigation and alternative dispute resolution.
• Stay current with real estate laws and regulations, and ensure compliance for clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active Georgia State Bar license.
• 3+ years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on transactions and litigation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
