Project Manager

• Position: Project Manager
• Location: Nashville, TN

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring everything stays on schedule and on budget.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Oversee project quality and compliance with rules.
• Handle budgets, create schedules, and ensure safety on the job site.
• Manage contracts and resolve any project issues.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or similar.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management (preferably in healthcare).
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Must be able to manage large-scale projects (from $5M to $40M).
