Job Title: Pre-Litigation Attorney

The Pre-Litigation Attorney will be responsible for managing a caseload of personal injury claims from inception through resolution. This role involves working closely with clients, conducting thorough investigations, negotiating with insurance companies, and preparing cases for potential litigation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients navigate the legal process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and manage personal injury claims, providing legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the pre-litigation process.
- Conduct thorough investigations of claims, gathering necessary documentation and evidence to support clients’ cases.
- Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters and opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
- Draft legal documents, including demand letters and settlement agreements.
- Maintain accurate and organized case files, documenting all communications and progress.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure seamless case management.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide informed legal counsel.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in Texas.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law practice areas.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
