Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our growing team in Decatur, GA. The ideal candidate will have experience handling personal injury cases from inception to resolution, including trial experience and strong negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of personal injury cases, including pre-litigation and litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on case progress.
• Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies and enhance client service.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Georgia.
• 3+ years of experience in personal injury litigation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
