Job Title: Labor & Employment Law Attorney

Location: Miami, Florida

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Labor & Employment Law Attorney to join our Miami office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in labor and employment law, with a passion for advocating for clients’ rights and interests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in labor and employment matters, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, wage and hour disputes, and workplace policies.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts.
• Negotiate settlements and facilitate dispute resolution through mediation and arbitration.
• Stay updated on changes in labor and employment laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop effective legal strategies.
• Represent clients in court and administrative proceedings as needed.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Florida.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in labor and employment law.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven track record of successfully managing cases and achieving favorable outcomes.
