Job Title: Associate Attorney – Personal Injury Litigation

Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

As an Associate Attorney, you will handle a diverse caseload involving personal injury claims, including but not limited to motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, and workplace injuries. You will work closely with senior attorneys, clients, and support staff to provide effective legal representation and achieve favorable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on personal injury cases.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and settlement negotiations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and witnesses.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and ensure timely progression of cases.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
• 1-3 years of experience in personal injury litigation is preferred.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to client advocacy and achieving justice for injured parties.
